Tampilan awal ‘Connect to Server’ yang menampilkan daftar ‘Server Name’

1. Tutup SQL Server Management Studio

2. Hapus file SqlStudio.bin

Untuk SQL Server 2008

C:\Users\<nama user pc>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Microsoft SQL Server\100\Tools\Shell\SqlStudion.bin

Untuk SQL Server 2012

C:\Users\<nama user pc>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\SQL Server Management Studio\11.0\SqlStudio.bin
